Tim Marking, Deputy Secretary General at ECSA, is the first point of contact and acts as Policy Director for the ECC. Together with Alfons Guinier, ECSA Secretary General, he is responsible for all regulatory matters of interest to ECC Members; this involves keeping members informed of developments and the drawing up of position papers in order to follow up with EU Institutions as appropriate.
William Gibbons, Director of the PSA, is the ECC Marketing Director. He is the Council's spokesperson on all non-regulatory matters. The collection of statistics through IRN Research and the promotion and development of the ECC are overseen by the PSA.
Maggie Ann Gibbons, Associate Membership Services Executive, is responsible for the administration of the ECC Associate Membership scheme.
